  I have been going here for well over 15 years and I moved. Came back to what I thought would be a great visit and was treated like a second class citizen. Aside from being seated beside some tweens blasting YouTube videos for the entire section to enjoy, my waitress asked my guest 'Are you ready to pay yet?'. I know what you might be thinking...i was there forever. NO! I hadn't even received my Buy One, Take One carry out dinner yet! This is the MOST rude thing I've EVER experienced. To make matters worse, the GM wasn't there(he's awesome) so I attempted to express my concern to a Manager who couldn't care less about what a young-appearing woman was complaining about (I won't name names despite how poorly I was treated). I'm very disappointed and will be sharing this with family and friends. I skipped Lobster Fest for subpar treatment.

  It is your typical chain restaurant. The food is alright, but I have had better. Building is dated and could use some sprucing up. The waitstaff is nice and friendly. If you love Italian food you will love Olive Garden

  Great dinner service. Our waiter Casey was very attentive and polite. Great service=great tip. He deserved it. He even put our in the togo boxes for us. That was a first for me.

  My faith in humanity is restored! I came in tonight feeling sickly and horrible, thinking pasta fagioli soup would help me feel better. The lovely waitress served me impeccably and had empathy for me. When I finished she brought the bill with her handwritten note "I covered your bill. I hope you feel better!" How sweet is that! Sadly, I was still feeling rotten and can't remember her name. She worked the bar area and has auburn hair and a welcoming smile. Thank you, young lady!
